Jeff Auman is CEO of Chariots, an ISP holding company of Edgelight Capital.
Prior Experience
Prior to Edgelight, Jeff was Executive Vice President at Windstream Communications. Under Jeff’s leadership as Chief Revenue Officer of Kinetic Broadband, the company went from losing 45,000 subscribers in 2017 to achieving 18 consecutive quarters of growth and reversing annual revenue declines to growth. Previously, Jeff led residential sales at ADT security creating and delivering a “smart growth strategy” resulting in profitable growth and positioning the company for eventual acquisition. Previously, Jeff spent 18 years at Sprint and its family of brands, last serving as General Manager and CMO of Virgin Mobile USA.

Previously, Kristine was VP of Strategy & Operations in Cisco’s Network Services Business Unit, accelerating creation of a world-class as-a-Service portfolio. Kristine has held leadership roles at Neohapsis (acquired by Cisco) and @stake (acquired by Symantec), among others.

Previously at Virgin Mobile, Pascal was CEO of Virgin Mobile France.

Previously, Jeffrey was the Global Private Equity Leader, Americas Private Equity Leader, and Global Coordinating Partner at Ernst & Young. As a Partner at Ernst & Young, Jeffrey oversaw the financial due diligence and transactions advisory services practices.

Prior Experience
Prior to founding Edgelight, Edward was the Executive Director of US Investments at AGC Equity Partners, focused on US digital Infrastructure and growth equity investments. During his time at AGC, he sourced and led more than 20 investments, deploying over $3.5 billion. Edward was also actively involved in numerous transactions across digital infrastructure and digital technologies. Previously, he worked in the Global Industrials Group of the Investment Banking Division at Credit Suisse.
