The experience behind the advice

Edgelight’s advisory work draws on more than $5 billion of real asset and capital markets transactions executed across the United States and Europe, with a focus in recent years directed exclusively at data centers and digital infrastructure.

That experience spans stabilized data center portfolio acquisitions, build-to-suit hyperscale development delivered in joint venture with leading owner-operators, and the assembly of multi-gigawatt powered land and development pipelines across Tier 1 markets in the United States.

It extends across the full development value chain — site selection and land assembly, power procurement and interconnection strategy, anchor tenant negotiation, joint venture formation, and debt and equity structuring at both platform and project level — and continues through asset management to realization.

Edgelight’s leadership has devised and built institutional investment strategies from inception, establishing the origination model, underwriting framework and investor base in each case, and has served on the boards of data center and advanced technology operating companies in the United States and Europe. Earlier careers were spent in investment banking, covering mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance and capital markets, including power and utility asset transactions.
